Getting Your Water to You
We are committed to providing a fast, reliable, and convenient delivery experience. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your fresh spring water to your doorstep.
Where We Deliver
To ensure the highest quality and freshness, we currently deliver to a select network of postcodes. This allows us to maintain efficient routes and a low carbon footprint. To see if you're in our delivery zone, please use the postcode checker on our homepage.
If we're not in your area yet, please sign up for a notification! We are expanding quickly.
Delivery Times & Notifications
- One-Time Orders: Typically delivered the following day after your order confirmation.
- Subscription Orders: Delivered on the same scheduled day each week. You can view your next delivery date in your Subscription Portal.
For all orders, you will receive an email notification on the morning of your delivery day, so you know it's on its way.
The Delivery Process
Our drivers are trained to provide a contact-free delivery. They will place your order neatly on your doorstep or in a designated safe place. There is no need for you to be home to receive your delivery. You can add specific delivery instructions (e.g., "Leave behind the planter") in your account's address management section.
Managing Your Delivery Address
You can add, edit, or remove delivery addresses at any time.
- For one-time orders, you can select any of your saved addresses during the checkout process.
- For subscriptions, you can update the delivery address for an existing subscription directly in the Subscription Portal. Please note that address changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
You can manage all your saved addresses in your Account Addresses section.
