Subscription

How do I manage my subscription?

You can easily manage every aspect of your subscription—including pausing, cancelling, changing quantity, or updating payment details—through our secure customer portal. You can access it by logging into Subscription Portal.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time, no questions asked. Simply log in to your Subscription Portal and follow the cancellation instructions.

Can I pause my deliveries?

Yes! In the Subscription Portal, you can choose to your upcoming deliveries.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to specific postcode areas to ensure freshness and efficiency. You can check if we deliver to your area using the postcode checker on our homepage.

When will my order arrive?

For one-time orders, delivery is typically the following day. For subscriptions, your delivery will arrive on the same day each week. You will receive an email notification when your order is out for delivery.

What if I'm not home?

No problem! Our drivers will leave your delivery in a safe place specified by you. You can add delivery instructions in your account settings.

Can I update my delivery address?

Moving house? Not a problem, you can easily update you delivery address by going into My Account. Just make sure we currently deliver to your new area, if not I'm sure we'll be with you again soon.

Billing & Payment

When am I charged for my subscription?

You are charged automatically the day before your scheduled delivery day.

How do I update my credit card?

You can securely update your payment information at any time in the Subscription Portal.

Is your water really from a spring?

Yes. We source our water from a single, protected natural spring in the Heart of the Midlands.

Are your bottles BPA-free?

Absolutely. Our bottles are made from high-quality, 100% recycled PET plastic and are completely BPA-free.
